Olly joined Smythe House in September 2025, following his graduation from the University of Exeter with a First Class Honours in BSc Business and Management, with Industrial Experience.

During his placement year, Olly worked closely with investment firms, gaining hands-on exposure to venture capital deals and helping deliver critical insights to support clients through business acquisitions. It was during this time that he developed a keen interest in working with entrepreneurs. He is now passionate about supporting successful business owners as they transition from business assets to personal wealth, with a long-term focus on legacy, through strategic financial planning.
At Smythe House, Olly provides essential administrative support to advisors, assisting with valuations, preparing client reports, and serving as a key point of contact to ensure a consistently high level of client service. Outside of work, Olly is a proud season ticket holder at AFC Wimbledon and enjoys running, tennis, and playing golf.
