Bio
Kelly began her career in finance in 2001, gaining deep expertise across reinsurance and asset management before joining UBS Wealth Management. At UBS, she served as a Client Advisor and later transitioned into Sales Management, where she led strategic initiatives for over 40 advisors. In 2011, Kelly made a bold pivot, pursuing her long-held passion for wellness by acquiring and transforming a centre in Spain. Under her leadership, it became a globally recognised destination, celebrated by Condé Nast, Tatler, The Times, and The Telegraph for its pioneering interdisciplinary approach to wellbeing. She switched her focus to coaching and consulting, helping others build inner resilience & confidence and create exceptional businesses.
Returning to the UK in 2023, Kelly joined Smythe House to drive its expansion with the management team. Smythe House delivers Strategic Financial Planning to discerning private clients and family offices. Since joining, Kelly has grown the team from three to twelve and now focuses on cultivating relationships with entrepreneurial clients and strategic partners, particularly within the M&A and legal sectors. When not working, Kelly can be found playing with her young daughter in Paris and diving into myth and historical sites when possible.
