Professional Clients
Under FCA Rules, Smythe House are authorised to work only with professional clients. A professional client is deemed capable of making his or her own investment decisions whilst comprehending the risks involved with greater autonomy than retail clients. Whilst we will always ensure you fully understand any investment strategy we present to you, we will assume a certain level of knowledge and experience when assessing which approach is most appropriate for you and when discussing it with you.
Retail Clients
Smythe House does not directly work with retail clients. However, retail clients can benefit from Smythe House’s expertise and financial planning through our sister company, Oberon Investments. Please get in touch if you would be interested in this service.
